- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Radiant Jewels. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging, including all tags and certificates.
Note: Personalized items, such as engraved jewelry, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and certificates. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our team using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or ship the replacement item.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
